Their combined skills in breathwork, contrast therapy, and spiritual healing are designed to imbue their Earth Warrior tribe with a feeling of self-empowerment and holistic wellness.
Your Recovery, Your Way
Here at Earth Warriorz, we know that recovery is different for everyone. Taking our knowledge and experience, we have invested that into a range of services to fit every individual who walks through our doors.
We offer immunity-boosting Finnish barrel saunas, infrared saunas, red-light therapy meditation towers, cold water spas, and ice baths. If you want to see what the benefits of contrast therapy - going from hot to cold - can do for your body and mind, come on in to our centre and experience it for yourself.
Our Services
We offer a range of recovery-focused experiences and treatments at our centre, with both guided and self-directed contrast therapy (hot cold therapy), breathwork and meditation, and sound bowl healing. Members and Non-Members can also make use of our saunas and infrared saunas, and our ice baths and cold tubs both as part of the contrast therapy treatment or as standalone experiences. We also offer daily fitness classes focusing on strength, conditioning and boxing, as well as yoga classes.
